Draft — pending review
This statement describes how the site behaves today, in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed by a privacy specialist. If anything here matters to a decision you are making, emailinfo@orchestrador.com and ask.
Who is responsible
ORCHESTRADOR, Amsterdam, NL. KVK 80185231 · BTW NL003493347B75. For anything relating to your personal data, contact info@orchestrador.com.
What this website collects
The pages are static files. We run no analytics and no advertising trackers, and nothing on this site profiles you or follows you to other websites.
One thing does run on every page: the ORCHESTRADOR CX widget, loaded from app.orchestradorcx.com. It is our own product rather than a third party, and it is there so you can start a conversation with us. Like any such tool it may store an identifier in your browser so a conversation survives a page refresh. TODO: confirm precisely what it stores and for how long, and say so here.
Personal data reaches us only when you choose to send it: through a form on this site, or by emailing us. That means your name, email address, company, and whatever you write in the message.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
- To answer you and, if it goes that way, to scope and run an engagement. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- To send you the email list you signed up for. Legal basis: your consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate and permanent.
- To meet Dutch bookkeeping and tax obligations where an engagement has been invoiced. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Who else processes it
The ORCHESTRADOR CX widget is operated by us, so anything you send through it stays with ORCHESTRADOR. For forms and email we use third-party services. TODO: list the processors actually in use once the embeds are live — expected to be Fillout for forms and MailerLite for email — and confirm a data processing agreement is in place with each. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
TODO: confirm retention periods. As a working position: enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as there is a live conversation and then for a reasonable period afterwards; mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe; invoicing records are kept for seven years as Dutch law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Email info@orchestrador.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
