The founder

Twenty years, four continents, and industries with nothing in common except a customer at the end. It is always the same thing: people who care, a process that lets them, and tools that get out of their way.

Costa Rican by birth, Australian and Dutch by naturalisation, based in Amsterdam. Around twenty years in customer experience and operations across Australia, Canada, the Americas and Europe: pharmaceuticals, logistics, waste management, five-star hospitality, and for the last decade technology and software, including Director-level roles running support and service organisations.

Every one of those taught the same lesson from a different angle. A five-star hotel and a software support desk are the same problem: a promise, a person delivering it, and a system that either helps or gets in the way. ORCHESTRADOR is what that lesson turned into.

The background is ITIL service operations, project management and SaaS CX leadership, plus formal coach training. The coaching matters more than it sounds: most systems that fail do not fail technically, they fail on a decision nobody wanted to make. And the teaching side exists because I would rather people learn this than depend on me for it.

I still run a support operation day to day, alongside ORCHESTRADOR client work. The methods on this site are the ones I am accountable for on a Tuesday, not retired theory.

Why ORCHESTRADOR exists

Most advice for a growing business is about being found. Ours is about what happens next. A business that delivers the absolute best has something no campaign can buy: customers who stay, come back, and bring the next one with them. Once someone finds you, they should never want to go anywhere else.

That is what we build. The whole operation behind the experience, finances, people, tools and customers, designed properly and run properly, and then made visible from the first touch so the excellence does the selling. Delivery becomes the launchpad for growth instead of the thing that slows it down.

Technology has one job in this. Not to put a machine between you and your customer, but to take the repetitive work off your people, so they have time for the things that actually matter to another human being. Done well, it brings people closer, not further apart.

Some clients want the system documented and handed over so they run it without us. Others want us to keep running it. Either way you always see the work, and you can always take it back.

Where this is going

An agency by design. Founder-led today.

Randall is the face of ORCHESTRADOR and currently does the delivery. The business is built to grow into a specialised CX team that can run operations for clients as well as build them. We would rather say that plainly than imply a headcount that does not exist.

How we operate

Three commitments.

Platform-agnostic

We have no reseller relationships and no preferred stack to defend. The right tool is the one your team will actually use.

Built, not diagrammed

A design we cannot implement is a design we do not sell. The systems get built, documented, and finished to a standard we would put our name on. Then they get handed over or run for you, whichever you asked for.

Scoped upfront

Fixed-price Diagnostic, and every phase after it priced before it starts, including ongoing operations. Nothing open-ended, no scope that quietly grows.

If it is a match, a fixed-price Diagnostic. If not, we say so.

Engagements start with a fixed-price Diagnostic. Whatever follows, a build or ongoing operations, is scoped and priced upfront. Nothing open-ended.
